Team roping also known as heading and heeling is a rodeo event that features a steer and two mounted riders.

The Kamloops Agri Centre is home to a variety of agricultural and rodeo events including barrel racing, breakaway roping, team roping, team penning, cattle sorting, horse racing and spring training.
